It has now been more than 5 days, and the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but I keep receiving the same generic responses without any clear explanation or resolution. I am not satisfied with the support provided so far. As a VIP customer, I expect a faster and more professional resolution to this issue. Keeping my funds on hold for such a long time without providing a definite timeline is unfair and unacceptable. I request that you: Process my withdrawal immediately, or Provide a clear explanation for the delay and a confirmed timeframe for when I will receive my funds.
