Dear 1win Support Team,

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding my pending withdrawal of ₹14,000, which I requested on 3 June 2026. It has now been more than 5 days, and the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

Account Details:

  • Withdrawal Amount: ₹14,000
  • Withdrawal Date: 3 June 2026
  • Request Number: SPP-460160

The withdrawal status has remained under “Payment Check” for an unreasonably long period. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but I keep receiving the same generic responses without any clear explanation or resolution. I am not satisfied with the support provided so far.

As a VIP customer, I expect a faster and more professional resolution to this issue. Keeping my funds on hold for such a long time without providing a definite timeline is unfair and unacceptable.

I request that you:

  1. Process my withdrawal immediately, or
  2. Provide a clear explanation for the delay and a confirmed timeframe for when I will receive my funds.

Please treat this matter as urgent and resolve it as soon as possible.
