As a VIP customer, I expect a faster and more professional resolution to this issue. Keeping my funds on hold for such a long time without providing a definite timeline is unfair and unacceptable.
I request that you:
Process my withdrawal immediately, or
Provide a clear explanation for the delay and a confirmed timeframe for when I will receive my funds.
Please treat this matter as urgent and resolve it as soon as possible.
