This is unfair to me. The 1win team blocked my account without any valid reason, even though I did not break any rules. I only requested a withdrawal, after which I received an email asking me to complete KYC, even though I had already completed my KYC 3 months ago. After that, my account was suddenly blocked. Who would want to play on a site like this after such an experience

Dear player, KYC procedure is not obligatory, but if you were asked to do it, it’s necessary to be able to continue playing on our website. If you have any questions or you are not agree with the results of this procedure, you can contact our security department for more information via email, they will be happy to help! We never block or ban anyone for no reason, unfortunately I can’t tell you more, due to the limited access as a moderator. Hope the situation will be resolved 🙏

How can i contact  them ?? Please  give me their email id i am requesting  you to help unblock my accounts
