Now, When I won big and withdrawing 44,560 INR, its under pending from while long. Contacted support 7 times and got automated answers from all of them. Phone numbers are not working for support not their telegram bot is helpful. But if you’ve already contacted support and a ticket has been created, then it’s definitely being worked on. Sometimes, especially during high workload periods or when the payment system needs additional clarification and the time frame can take a bit longer. I understand that waiting is difficult, but the specialists will definitely see your issue through to the end. No real customer support is available to take ticket or to talk to nor calls are going through as numbers are not in service. 2. no additional clarification was asked plus my account is fully verified. Apart from it, another withdrawal was done for tiny amount just 2 hours before that one and it was processed within 10 minutes. 3. everyone is complaining about same issue and you guys have no real person to talk to or give an exact time frame for my funds to be transferred in my bank account.
