I won 350 free spins on Lucky Drive yesterday. I activated the bonus and tried to play, but since yesterday I have not been able to use it. Sometimes I get a system error, and other times the game does not load and only shows a black screen.

I have tried contacting 1win support multiple times, but no one has helped me. I also tried calling, but the number has been busy since yesterday.

Now there are only about 3 hours left before the bonus expires. I’m really concerned because I was unable to use the bonus due to these technical issues. It feels very unfair and makes me wonder if something is wrong with the system.

Please check this issue as soon as possible and either fix the problem or extend the bonus so I can use the free spins.

I already reached out, but I didn’t get any proper response. They only replied with ‘Thank you, we will check.

When will they check it? After the bonus expires?
