Sometimes I get a system error, and other times the game does not load and only shows a black screen. I have tried contacting 1win support multiple times, but no one has helped me. I also tried calling, but the number has been busy since yesterday. Now there are only about 3 hours left before the bonus expires. I’m really concerned because I was unable to use the bonus due to these technical issues. It feels very unfair and makes me wonder if something is wrong with the system. Please check this issue as soon as possible and either fix the problem or extend the bonus so I can use the free spins.
