1. No real customer support is available to take ticket or to talk to nor calls are going through as numbers are not in service. 2. no additional clarification was asked plus my account is fully verified. Apart from it, another withdrawal was done for tiny amount just 2 hours before that one and it was processed within 10 minutes. 3. everyone is complaining about same issue and you guys have no real person to talk to or give an exact time frame for my funds to be transferred in my bank account. It is just showing pending and thats it. i think I made a mistake by choosing 1Win over Stake as their support system is way better then what you guys have to offer, other then that, they don't keep money hostage like this without any notification or estimate

So this looks like a scam now. I withdrew 1700 INR and was processed and in my bank account in around 6 mins. Now, When I won big and withdrawing 44,560 INR, its under pending from while long. Contacted support 7 times and got automated answers from all of them. Phone numbers are not working for support not their telegram bot is helpful. Alongside, hundreds of reviews online that same thing have happened with them and money was never there in their accounts even after months which make me kinda nervous that even if I will get my money or no
